CEO and Founder Amber is a hospitality leader with over 20 years experience in pre-booked sales. Amber conceptualised HAIDI as a solution to problems she has seen operators face time and time again accross the industry.

CLIVE WATSON

Chairman Clive Watson is a seasoned entrepreneur in the pub and hospitality sector, known for founding and leading several successful pub groups. He co-founded and led ventures like Tup Inns and Capital Pub Company, the latter of which was sold to Greene King for £93 million in 2011. In 2011, Watson co-founded City Pub Group. Under his leadership, the company grew rapidly and prioritized employee engagement, including offering share options and profit-sharing for staff. Watson is recognized for his innovative approach to pub management and commitment to creating community-focused establishments.

ED CHRISTMAS

COO and Co-Founder, Ed joins HAIDI with a career of hospitality sales experience. He has led Bums On Seats as Managing Director and previous experience with Design My Night. (RMI 30 under 30 Award Winner)
